Do I need to be home for service?

Accepted Answer

Nope! As long as we have safe access to your yard, you don’t need to be home during your service. Once we’re finished, we’ll make sure your gate is securely closed and send you a photo for added peace of mind.

Can my dog be outside while you clean?

Accepted Answer

We love dogs, but for everyone’s safety, we ask that dogs be kept inside during service unless arrangements have been made with us beforehand.

What happens if my gate is locked or you can’t access my yard?

Accepted Answer

Please make sure we have access to your yard on your scheduled service day. If we’re unable to safely access the yard, the visit may be skipped. We’ll send a notification before your scheduled visit so you know we’re coming. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
