Hi! We're Rachel and Maxime!

We are a locally owned and operated family business serving Sarnia-Lambton. As a big blended family with kids, pets, another family owned business, and everything that comes with a busy household, we know firsthand how quickly the little jobs can pile up, literally.

Before Scoop Local, Rachel worked as a Personal Support Worker. After maternity leave, she made the move to working alongside Max, helping behind the scenes with their other family business. Her years as a PSW gave her a firsthand look at how everyday tasks can become difficult for seniors and people with mobility limitations. Something as simple as keeping a yard clean can be a real challenge, especially when you have a four-legged best friend depending on you.

That’s where the idea for Scoop Local really clicked. We wanted to create a service that could help busy families, seniors, people with mobility challenges, and anyone who simply wants one less job on their list.

We offer dependable recurring and one-time pet waste removal so you can spend less time scooping and more time enjoying your yard and your pets.

We’re local. We’re a family. We love dogs. And we’re more than happy to do the dirty work.
